The Mexican Skull is a symbol used in the rituals of the Day of the Dead in Mexico, represents the life and protection from evil spirits. The use of the skull as a sacred symbol was incorporated into Mexican culture by Maya influence, Incas and Aztecs (pre-columbian peoples) who inhabited Mexico’s region, and is adored out of respect for ancestors, as guardian of memories.
